Together, we will explore what gets in the way of speaking up or checking in (including worries about “saying the wrong thing”) and introduce simple, human tools for noticing when someone might be struggling, starting a conversation, listening well and agreeing helpful next steps.

We will also pay particular attention to the realities of hybrid and homeworking, including how to spot signs that a colleague may be finding things tough when you do not see them in person, and practical ways to help remote team members feel included rather than isolated. Throughout, we will take a gentle female lens by acknowledging that many women may be juggling additional pressures, such as the mental load of family and home life, while ensuring the content remains fully inclusive and relevant to all colleagues, regardless of gender. ✔️ Recognise that different colleagues - including many women who may be carrying a greater mental load outside work, and homeworkers who may be more at risk of isolation - can face different pressures, and identify at least two practical ways to share the load more fairly and foster everyday inclusion for both office-based and remote team members.

From Awareness To Action: Micro-Habits That Protect Mental Health At Work (For You, For Others, For All Of Us) **NEW**

Session Outline:

While awareness matters, real change happens when we translate it into practical steps.

This brand-new, evidence-led session is designed to help people move from “knowing” to “doing” by building a small set of repeatable, workplace-friendly micro-actions that support mental health for yourself, for colleagues, and at a wider organisational level.

The session introduces a simple “Action Mapping” approach: participants identify one pressure point in their working day (e.g., relentless meetings, constant interruptions, blurred boundaries, isolation) and then select tiny, realistic actions that reduce risk and build protection and resilience over time. We’ll explore why small actions work (especially under stress and cognitive load), how to choose actions you’ll actually repeat, and how to create the conditions for action as a team - so wellbeing doesn’t rely solely on individual willpower.

Be The Change: Small Actions To Reduce Stress And Build Everyday Resilience **NEW**

Session Outline:

This uplifting, accessible webinar is designed for everyone in your organisation who is feeling the impact of ongoing change, uncertainty and rising pressures. Anchored in Stress Awareness Month 2026’s #BeTheChange theme, it focuses on the power of small, consistent actions to reduce stress and build resilience – at an individual, team and organisational level.

We begin by demystifying stress: what it is, how it shows up in our minds, bodies and behaviours, and how it differs from everyday pressure. We draw on current UK insights to show that stress is common but not inevitable, and emphasise that even when we cannot control the global or organisational picture, we can still choose small steps that make a real difference to our wellbeing.

The webinar then explores “be the change” in practice: simple daily habits, micro‑boundaries, realistic self‑care and supportive conversations that anyone can use to move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling more in control. We lightly introduce what UK employers are expected to do under HSE guidance on work‑related stress, so participants understand that stress at work is a recognised health and safety issue – and that their voices, feedback and actions help create safer, healthier workplaces.

Throughout, we highlight how small actions – such as checking in with a colleague, challenging unhelpful myths about stress, taking short breaks, or asking for clarity – can ripple out to influence team culture and organisational change. Participants leave feeling empowered, not blamed: clear on what they can do today, this week and this month to “be the change” for themselves and others.

Session Objectives:

By the end of this webinar participants should be able to:

✔️ Describe what stress is, how it differs from normal pressure, recognise common signs of stress in themselves or colleagues and understand how change or uncertainty contribute to stress

✔️ Explain how small, everyday actions – such as taking short recovery breaks, setting simple boundaries, moving their body or connecting with others – can reduce stress and build resilience over time.

✔️ Identify at least three personal “be the change” actions they can start this week to support their own wellbeing during times of uncertainty.

Men, Identity And Invisible Pressure: Rethinking Success, Stress And Self-Worth **NEW**

Session Outline:

Modern life asks a lot of men. At work, at home and in their personal lives, many men feel a constant pressure to perform, provide, stay in control and keep going - even when they are struggling. These “invisible pressures” can have a significant impact on men’s mental health, often long before anyone notices there is a problem.

This powerful, awareness-raising webinar takes a fresh look at men’s mental health through the lens of identity, expectations and success - rather than focusing only on “talking about feelings”. We explore the messages men absorb about what it means to be a “good man”, how these show up in the workplace and at home, and how they can contribute to stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, loneliness and, in some cases, crisis.

Through relatable examples, reflection exercises and group discussion, we invite participants to reconsider some of the unspoken “rules” they may be living by, and to explore healthier, more sustainable definitions of strength and success. The session is practical and hope-filled, offering realistic ideas and micro‑actions that men can build into busy lives – as well as guidance for colleagues, leaders and allies who want to better understand and support the men in their teams.

Perfect for Men’s Health Month in November, this session helps organisations shine a spotlight on men’s mental health in a way that feels relevant, engaging and non‑judgemental, while contributing to a more open, supportive workplace culture.

Session Objectives:

By the end of this webinar participants should be able to:

✔️ Recognise invisible pressures: Understand some of the common, often unspoken expectations about masculinity and success that can shape men’s behaviour and mental health, especially in the workplace.

✔️ Connect identity and mental health: Gain insight into how performance pressure, the drive to “be strong” and fear of “not being enough” can contribute to stress, burnout and poor mental health in men – and why these struggles are often hidden.

✔️ Explore healthier definitions of strength: Explore more balanced, sustainable ways of thinking about strength, success and self‑worth, which support better mental wellbeing for men and those around them.

✔️ Identify practical next steps: Leave with simple, realistic actions to support their own mental health and to better support male colleagues, friends and family members – during Men’s Health Month and beyond.

Women’s Mental Health

Session Outline:

This powerful session looks at mental health through a female lens - focussing on prevention, early intervention and health promotion.

Social and economic factors can put women at greater risk of poor mental health than men. Around one in five women have a common mental health disorder, such as depression and anxiety.

While there can be many reasons why these develop, some specific risk factors affect many women, including life events such as pregnancy and menopause. When women find it hard to talk about difficult feelings, they tend to internalise them. This can lead to certain common mental health disorders.

In this session we will explore some of the specific risk factors and protective factors that can influence women’s mental health. Attendees will leave with some practical tools that will help support them to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

This session is aimed at women - and at anyone who has women and girls that they care about, and live or work with.

By the end of this webinar participants should be able to:

✔️ Identify the early signs of mental ill health in women and girls (and themselves).

✔️ Understand the specific risk and protective factors that influence women’s mental health.

✔️ Support women and girls to access appropriate help and support.

✔️ Understand the barriers to women and girls accessing the support they need.

✔️ Be a part of the conversation on women's mental health.
